Welcome, we hope that you get a sense of the amazing community we have here at Movelle as you read through the pages of our school website. We are a diverse and connected community tucked away in a quiet street in the leafy suburb of Kings Park, in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Our wonderful teachers teach with evidence-based research on how our students learn best, and combined with our award winning wellbeing approach, our students do amazing things and we love nothing more than to celebrate their successes.

I came to Movelle in 2017 and immediately felt the warmth and welcome from our Movelle staff, students and their families. What struck me was the students' beautiful manners and the huge smiles on their faces each and every day, I knew it was a community I wanted to be a part of. I grew up in the small regional town of Nagambie where I spent my days swimming, camping, playing netball and waterskiing. I spent my school days at Nagambie Primary School which had 100 students and such a strong sense of community, it reminds me a lot of Movelle. Now, my husband, our two young boys and I live in Melbourne and enjoy simple things such as going to the park, swimming and visiting family and friends. 

At Movelle we have a strong focus on teaching our students the foundational skills that will support them in experiencing a lifetime of learning and success. The partnership between home and school is incredibly important and we encourage family involvement and support to ensure the success of each child.
